EPC Energy Performance Certificates I am a local DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) with BRE accrediation living in Uxbridge and can produce a EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for sale or for rental properties in Hillingdon and surrounding areas for private owners, landlords, solicitors and agents As from 21st May 2010, Home Information Packs are no longer required as part of the home selling process. However there is still a legal requirement for you to have commissioned a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before offering your property to the market. An EPC is also required for rental properties. In both cases failure to produce a energy performance certificate carries a fixed penalty fine of £200 enforced by the trading standards which is repeatable daily. |

Payment from new customers to be received at time of inspection. Your EPC certificate will be produced within 24 hours of my inspection visit and will be sent to you as an email attachment in pdf. file format for you to print out or forward on to your agent.
