The reports on offer are given various titles but the
content falls under these main headings with some providers offering
additional analytical and forecast reports.
Statutory information: Company name, registered office, trading address, contact details phone/fax etc. Standard Industry Classification(SIC) code, previous company names and date of incorporation. Financial: accounts i.e. annual accounts, annual report, returns, profit & loss, balance sheets basically all that has to be filed at Companies house annually. Credit Profile: credit profile of a company will show Credit rating, Score and limit, any County Court Judgements(CCJs) against the dates, amounts status and payment trends, as well as any High Court Writs, receivership or administration orders etc. Company Officers/ Directors reports: Director or Company officers full name, address, date of birth, dated appointed, position within the company and if they hold any other directorships. Non-Limited Companies As there is no requirement for this type of business to file documents or accounts with Companies House it can be difficult to obtain information on them but most providers do offer reports which included credit profile information.
