HIP Home Information Packs - SUSPENDED As from 21st May 2010, Home Information Packs will no longer be required as part of the home selling process. However there is still a legal requirement for you to have commissioned a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before offering your property on the market. Failure to do so could result in a fine.
