You do not have to buy your HIP from your estate agent or through their recommended supplier. The agents, in most cases, merely pass your details on and may receive a commission for doing so which of course adds to the price you pay. |

Based in Uxbridge I am accredited through BRE(Building Research Establishment). I am local and will perform the home inspection to produce the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for your property. I use, through BRE, an independent specialist search company for the other legally required documents to complete your Home Information Pack. |

Ordering your HIP, paying for and checking your HIP's progress |

Ordering online is the favoured option just follow the steps below. If you prefer, please telephone us with your details and we can post a paper copy of the order form for you to fill in and return. We will also accept payment by cheque but funds must clear before we commence work. Step 1. The link below will open the order form in a separate window. Complete the form and click the 'order HIP button', an order confirmation page will appear. We will then check the details given and should there be any queries we will contact you before continuing. Step 2. When we have all the necessary information we will send you a reference number via text and email. You then need to go to www.packdetails.com to make payment by simply enter the reference number and your postcode into the relevant boxes. The amount will be pre-filled, just select your preferred payment method. A deferred payment option is available. Step 3. Once payment has been received the required legal/searches elements will be commissioned and you will be contacted to arrange an appointment for the property inspection to obtain the EPC(Energy Performance Certificate). Check the progress. The progress of the various elements can be checked online at www.packdetails.com by using your reference number. You will get a final notification when the HIP is complete. The HIP is then made available to you and or your agent as an online PDF file. If printed copy/copies were ordered they will be posted out. |
